Time & Stress

Time is very gold!

A person who uses his brain, will dig out the gold from anywhere.
tunnel? soil? Wherever.

Later, he will try his very best to polish it and make it look clean.
And a person who REALLY uses his brain,
will make use of that GOLD

But as for those who did NOT use their precious brain,
will just ignore that GOLD and do nothing about it.

Now, when you're feeling stress.
There are many ways to settle it.
It depends individually.
Everyone has their own way, it's only good or bad.
Everyone has their own strength and that's for sure.

Like i've mentioned in the previous post,
a life without problems is not a life.

Same goes to stress.
Life without stress IS STRESS.

Do we ever go through a life that is so boring?
i believe there are many out there.
But why is it boring?
usually it is as we've got nothing else better to do.
In this situation, of course we are not stress by those.

But in another way.
We are stressed by our ownselves.
A positive stress is important so as to get a day that is really going to be an exciting one.
It all depends on your ownself.
If you think that by doing nothing, and get bored easily, GET A LIFE.
You can always change your mindset, it is only depends on u, once again
You want it, or not.
Nothing is impossible
and impossible is nothing.

Get a friend who is a good-listener.
At times, stress can cure by sharing it with others.
It helps you to let it out. Release them off. Lighten the burden.
Never keep it to yourself, especially when you know that you can't cope.
Cos it might create a huge fire and affect your surrounding.
Or maybe you can write it down in your diary.

Next is to think what we love.
Spend about 3-5 minutes. Maybe sports or something?
It's either you do it, or you imagine it.

"Run-away" from stress/problems for awhile.
Not running away from it, but forget about it for awhile when you can't cope
Find an open space. Release all the rubbish from the "box"
But never run away from the reality. Cos it won't help you to solve it.
Face it.

Organise your things well.
Control your emotion.
Be forgiving.
Don't stress yourself too much.
Spend extra time for happy moments or sports.

Tiada tekanan.
Tiada berlian.
