flowing

2nd post. i was kind of hoping that the event on 12th July is still on. But well, IT WAS CANCELLED. Kind of speechless. oh never mind. not a big deal anyway.

yeah. obviously i was refering to the performance. letters are to be given if the graduates are willing to perform for the band. so there it goes into the drain. our percussionist are lucky enough though. they get to perform still. after my computer studies remedial, proceeded to AVA room(as mentioned in the 1st post=,=") as the drums was quite loud. there they are practising for the event. i was like, "okay, can i join in the percussion section now? maybe the triangle or whatever, at least?"
oh c'mon amy, sounds so desperate!
later, best partner came. SUFI la kan. crap along. =D and oh! gonna get my biggest wonderful gift for my birthday this year!! ;))) cos.....INVESTITURE!! nyahaha. okay, sounds a lil lame but oh, you don't get it. =p was doing some short intro for the percz section for 12 july with dearest mdm haznita. brain gone haywire. and later part of the time, came about the investiture. SPEECH! still have not ready yet=,=" anyone help?!?!
anyway, pardon the random from amy now. to some people, the need for sleep is viewed as a sign of weakness. while you're asleep, every system in your body is being fine-tuned, reset, cleaned up and restored to its optimal operating mode by an army of molecular troubleshooters. new things you have learned are being processed, memories are being organised and stored, and the immune system is building a new contigent of natural killer cells to fight off battalions of infectious agents.
when you sleep well, you're in peak operating condition. when you don't, you feel groggy and none of your systems are firing on all cylinders. you don't thnk straight, make good decisions, remember where you placed your stuff or feel like making love. well, it actually depends on the way you think . you can always change your mindset. that's for sure. so dear, stop staying up till wee morning alright;)
okay, enough of it.
and oh yeah, i'm not giving up yet. i'll be going through every little things.
and thanks SUFI for you-know-what. actually i'm trying to control my food but well, you can eat anything you want as long as you exercise. but too bad, i only exercise every Sunday morning=,="
